Global processes and the closely related global problems of our time are generating immense interest worldwide. This is a primary reason why scientists and specialists from various fields of science and practice are striving to find effective forms of interaction for the theoretical and practical resolution of globalization issues and their consequences.

In Russia, this work has been actively pursued over the last 40 years, and with each passing year, it becomes increasingly evident that researching global processes requires not only interdisciplinary collaboration but also extensive international cooperation.
Fully aware of this, we are committed to expanding international contacts and have achieved tangible results from these efforts. Among the numerous scientific events addressing globalization issues, we would particularly like to highlight the International Scientific Congress "Globalistics." Held biennially since 2009 at the Faculty of Global Studies of Lomonosov Moscow State University, it is one of the largest forums in Eurasia, attracting researchers from around the world.

In accordance with the decisions of this International Scientific Congress, to conduct scientific work and coordinate research and practical activities, we have established the International Global Research Academy – IGRA.
